PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a tire which can improve in appearance and performance while abolishing a process for spew excision or shortening without generating bare in the side wall part of the tire, moreover, the number of spews in there is suppressed to the minimum, and to provide a tire vulcanizing mold used for it as well as the tire formed of the manufacturing process. SOLUTION: A green tire GT is addressed to the cavity of a mold 10 which keeps a plurality of protruded bars 20, extending on a tire meridian line surface with the spacing set circumferentially, arranged at least on the surface of the side wall part 31 from the radial position P<SB>1</SB>corresponding to a point on a tread ring 17 to the inside radial position P<SB>x</SB>corresponding to the tire maximum width.
