<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more excellently simulate a sound field when multi-channel audio is reproduced. <P>SOLUTION: When processing audio signals constituted of at least four channel signals of a left front channel signal, a right front channel signal, a left rear channel signal and a right rear channel signal, and sounding the processed two channel signals from left front speaker and a right front speaker 36L, 36R, an echo signal is generated for audio signals of four channels, a virtual sound image signal is generated for the generated echo signal, the generated virtual sound image signal is composed with the left front channel signal and the right front channel signal, and generated virtual left channel signal and right channel signal are outputted from the left front speaker and the right front speaker, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
