<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle safety apparatus incapable of releasing a door lock unless a parking measure is surely carried out and physically making a driver get out of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: In the vehicle safety apparatus equipped with a door lock mechanism 1 having an electric motor 15 so that the door lock of the vehicle is locked to make it impossible to unlock the door lock unless the parking measure is carried out and a door lock knob 13 manually carrying out locking and unlocking of the door lock, the door lock mechanism 1 is so constituted that operation by the electric motor 15 can take priority over an operation by the door lock knob 13, and in the case the parking measure is not carried out, the door lock can not be unlocked even if the door lock knob 13 is operated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
