摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance measurement accuracy in a dynamic image velocity field even if it is affected by uneven illumination in a dynamic image. SOLUTION: This dynamic image velocity field measuring instrument is provided, as preceding steps to a velocity analysis part 4, with an illumination coincidence preprocessing part 102 comprising: a pixel mean value calculation part 11 calculating the mean value of shading values in a certain time zoneδT including notice time t as to a series of changes with time in the shading value of each pixel in a dynamic image; a pixel difference value calculation part 12 calculating differences between the mean value found by calculation and the shading value at that time point to employ the difference as the shading value of a new image; and a repetitive pixel difference value propagation part 13 moving the time zoneδT with respect to all the time zone T of the dynamic image to calculate the shading value of the new dynamic image in which illuminations coincide with each other.
