The present invention relates to a sound system comprising:
- an entertainment sound source generating an entertainment sound signal,
- an announcement sound source generating an announcement sound signal,
- a sound emitting unit for reproducing the entertainment and the announcement sound signal,
- a loudness determination unit for determining the loudness evolution in time of the entertainment sound signal, and
- a control unit for adjusting the loudness of the announcement sound signal relative to the loudness of the entertainment sound signal in accordance with the determined loudness evolution of the entertainment sound signal.
