A recording medium for recording contents including of a plurality of content parts is provided to decode/use each content part and structure information of each content part by importing a header providing a location of the needed information into an imported content file. The recording medium includes the plurality of content parts, PI(Protection Information) including the information for decoding the content parts, ID information of the content parts, and a license of the content parts. The PI includes mapping information of the content parts and an encryption parameter required for decoding the content parts. The ID information of the content parts includes the mapping information, the ID information, and the location information of the content parts. The contents include the ID information of a packet including the PI. The license(720) includes a content ID(721), a content key(722) and a content usage rule(723) of the content parts.
