A method and a system for exposing a game are provided to enable a user to easily access a game portal site and a game page, and easily execute a game program while performing a task in an explorer by displaying a name of the game portal site and the game to an explorer window in a folder style. A download server(130) installs a game exposing program to a user terminal(200) by transmitting the program to the user terminal. The game exposing program displays the name of the game site in the explorer of the user terminal as the first folder, checks whether the first game provided from a game site is installed in the user terminal by referring to a registry of the user terminal. If the first program is installed, the game exposing program displays the name of the first game to the second folder, which is a sub folder of the first folder. A web server(100) transmits webpage information of the game site to the user terminal to display the webpage of the game site to a content display window of the explorer if the first folder is selected, and display the webpage of the first game to the content display window of the explorer if the second folder is selected. |
