A command system, an imaging device, a command device, an imaging method, a method for processing a command, and a program are provided to execute imaging or transmission of a target detection notification automatically by setting feature data of a figure or a thing at an imaging device so that policemen conveniently use the command system on patrol, and efficiently confirm photographed images with mark information. A command system includes a portable imaging device(1) and a command device(50) constructed to communicate with the imaging device. The imaging device includes an imaging part performing imaging to obtain image data, a communication part communicating with the command device, a feature data setting part setting up feature data based on feature setting information transmitted from the command device, a target image detector analyzing image data obtained by the imaging part and detecting target image data corresponding to the set feature data, a recording part recording the image data obtained by the imaging part at a recording medium, and an imaging process controller recording mark information identifying the target image data if the target image data is detected by the target image detector. The command device includes a communication part communicating with the imaging device, and a feature setting information generator generating the feature setting information for setting the feature data and transmitting the feature setting information to the imaging device by controlling the communication part.
