The technical result of the invention is reduction of the toxic properties of the composites due to exclusion of the potentially toxic substances: methylenedianiline and vinylcyclohexen dioxide. The invention presents the composite material containing the basis consisting of the mixture of the epoxy resin and the curing agent, which are mainly do not contain methylenedianiline and vinylcyclohexen dioxide, and the method of production of such a material. The fiber reinforcement is located in the basis. The basis has the glass-transition temperature at least of 250°F (121.1°) in the dried state; the mixed resin before solidification has the viscosity of 500-1500 mPa.s at 75°F (23.9°C); after solidification the composite material has the ultimate stress limit at the interlayer shift at least of 6.5 kilo-pound-force/square inch (44815.94 kPa) in the dried state at the temperature of 75°F (23.9°C), and at least 3.5 kilo-pound-force/square inch (20684.28 kPa) in the dried state at the temperature of 250°F (121.l°C). ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the toxic properties of the composites due to exclusion of the potentially toxic substances: methylenedianiline and vinylcyclohexen dioxide. ^ 8 cl,2 tbl, 9 ex
