FIELD: railway transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic facilities and systems for preparation of compressed air for rolling stock. Proposed adsorption plant has compressor 1 designed for operation in turn for delivery of air and idle running. Series-connected on delivery line are pressure pipeline 2, compressed air cooler 3, adsorber 5 with blow down valve 6, first check valve 7 with restrictor 8 parallel to valve, air collector 10 with pressure relay 11 connected with compressor 1, and control unit 12. Adsorber 5 operates for drying compressed air delivered by compressor 1 and for regeneration of adsorbent at no delivery of compressed air. Two-position valve 4 installed in pressure pipeline 2 between cooler 3 and adsorber 5 is connected by input with output of cooler 3 and by common output, with input of adsorber 5 and by other input, with regeneration main line 13 connected to output of adsorber 5. Regeneration main line 13 contains series-connected regenerated air heater 14 and second check valve 15. Cutoff valve 9 is installed in series relative to restrictor 8. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of drying of compressed air, reliability of plant and reduced service expenses. ^ 1 dwg |
