The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a POUCH; the POUCH has a front wall, a rear wall, a bottom wall, right and left side walls, a top wall area, and a cap portion; the front and rear walls are curved slightly outwards and the right and left side walls are bulged slightly outwards and each has a central flat raised welding seam that extends the height of the side wall and continues across the top wall of the POUCH; the POUCH has smooth curved corners between the front, rear and side walls; the side walls pinch inwards through a smooth curved area part way along their height and then taper inwards above the pinched areas along the sides of the top wall area; the side walls also curve inwards near the bottom wall; the top wall area is peaked and has a generally cylindrical cap portion and an aligned slightly raised and slightly larger diameter flat circular member situated on the sloped surface of the top wall area adjacent the front wall of the POUCH; the flat circular member has a notched area at the lower edge thereof; the lower edges of the front, rear and side walls merge into a flat raised welding seam that extends continuously around the bottom of the POUCH.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the design of the POUCH;Fig. 2 is a front view thereof;Fig. 3 is a rear view thereof;Fig. 4 is a right side view thereof;Fig. 5 is a left side view thereof;Fig. 6 is a top view thereof; andFig. 7 is a bottom view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included. |
