A protective film peeling apparatus and a method for fabricating a display panel using the same are provided to easily peel off a protective film from a substrate. A protective film peeling apparatus(50) includes a tape feeding unit for supplying an adhesive tape(40) having an adhesive surface; a recovery unit for recovering the adhesive tape; an adhesive tape line connected between the tape feeding unit and the recovery unit; and a support unit for supporting the adhesive tape line. The support unit is arranged such that the adhesive tape line is curved in one direction. A substrate attached with a protective film is injected to the support unit in such a manner that an outer surface of the protective film is attached to the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape supported by the support unit.
