A housing structure for an electronic device and a method for forming the same are provided to considerably improve a shielding effect of whole structure by considerably reducing a range of a shielding gap of a connector area with a simple mode. An electric connector(14) includes connector housings(20,26) and a plurality of plug connectors(22) arranged to the connector housing. The plug connector is accessed from the outside of the housing. Electric connection between the connector and the inside of the housing is formed by conductive members(24) penetrating housing wall(12). Each conductive member penetrates one of penetrating holes(28) formed on the housing wall. An area penetrating the housing wall of the conductive member includes an insulator. The insulator is formed by a material extended to an edge gap between edges of the conductive member and the penetrating hole.
