Cosmetic composition (I), for making up and/or caring for keratin materials, comprises: at least one polyolefin with a melting point of less than or equal to 40[deg]C; and fumed silica particles, where (I) dose not flow under its own weight and has a hardness of less than or equal to 30 g, measured at 20[deg]C. An independent claim is included for the preparation of (I) comprising structuring the polyolefin with fumed silica particles as structuring agents.
