<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generating device which is light-weight, high in generation efficiency, and not susceptible to breakage. <P>SOLUTION: The wind power generating device comprises: a rotor 1 rotated by receiving wind; and a generator 2 converting the rotation of the rotor 1 into electric energy. The rotor 1 is constituted of a rotational shaft part 1A and a plurality of blades 1B extending radially from the rotational shaft part 1A, and rated power in not lower than 8 m/s and not higher than 14 m/s of rated wind speed is not higher than 20 kW. The blade 1B is made of fiber reinforced plastics containing fiber reinforced material made of at least one of glass fiber and carbon fiber. The contained amount of the fiber reinforced material in the fiber reinforced plastics is not less than 7 wt.% and not more than 60 wt.%. The mean fiber diameter of the glass fiber is not smaller than 3 μm and not larger than 25 μm, and the mean fiber length thereof is not less than 0.3 mm and not more than 30 mm. The mean fiber diameter of the carbon fiber is not smaller than 0.1 μm and not larger than 20 μm, and the mean fiber length thereof is not less than 0.3 mm and not more than 150 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
