PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of efficiently carrying out image processing. SOLUTION: In the system, a server includes: a communication section for receiving original image data from a user terminal 2; an image processing program that establishes parameter information associated with parameter values of a prescribed parameter group for allowing a CPU to automatically perform image processing of the original image data; a parameter database for storing the established parameter information; and a parameter distribution program for allowing the CPU to control the communication section and to transmit the parameter information to the user terminal 2 in a prescribed timing, and the user terminal 2 is provided with: a communication section 8 for receiving the transmitted parameter information; and a simulation program 13D for allowing a CPU 11 to generate prescribed simulation image data on the basis of the original image data by using the parameter information.
