PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a disk playback device in which miniaturization and thinning of the disk playback device is possible, and which can surely perform movement control of a playback deck in vertical, right and left, and back and forth directions. SOLUTION: The disk playback device comprises: a playback deck supported in a floating state inside a case; a rotation member which is pushed to be moved by a disk inserted in the inside of the case; a slide member to be driven based on rotation of the rotation member; a lock member formed with a flat plate prepared in the case so as to be pushed and moved based on driving of the slide member; and a locked section prepared in the playback deck orthogonal to a movement direction of the lock member. The lock member has an engaged convex-part of which base is laterally parallel and which is formed in tapered slope on a board thickness edge face facing the locked section, and the locked section comprises an engaging hole which is formed in nearly equal width to the thickness of the board of the lock member in both lateral ends and in circular so as to expand the width in the center section.
