PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor finishing structure capable of maintaining a floor finishing state superior in appearance, without causing a mesh clearance or a crack in a woody floor material. SOLUTION: This floor finishing structure has a floor backing panel formed by fixing a floor backing plate to an upper part of a panel frame and constructing a floor structure by continuing a plurality of sheets at the same level, and the woody floor material closely juxtaposed on the floor backing plate of this floor backing panel and finishing a floor by being fixed to the floor backing plate by an adhesive, and is characterized in that the woody floor material arranged by straddling a mutual continuous place of the floor backing panel, is placed on the floor backing plate via a dislocation absorbing part unfixed to the floor backing plate by the adhesive.
