PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the energy efficiency of a system as a whole by linking the control of a pump capacity and the control of a water supply temperature of a chiller/heater (heat source machine). SOLUTION: An excess or deficiency of the water supply pressure of an air conditioner (24) is determined on the basis of a supply air temperature of the air conditioner (24) and an opening of a flow rate control valve (26), an excess or deficiency of a total water supply quantity in a water cooling/heating circuit (20) is determined on the basis of the excess or deficiency state of the water supply pressure, and a capacity of a water pump (21) is controlled according to the excess or deficiency of the total water supply quantity. In the case that the excess or deficiency state of the total water supply quantity is not changed even after the lapse of a specific time from the start of the control of the water pump (21), a water supply temperature of the chiller/heater (22) is adjusted.
