PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout which has no need to hold a cap with a hand as it is or to place it somewhere, and effectively prevent the cap from being dropped or being lost. SOLUTION: The spout consists of a main body consisting of a welded part consisting of a top board part with an opening in its center and a skirt part hung from the undersurface of the top board part so as to surround the opening, and welded and fixed on a packaging material on the outer face of the skirt part, and a spout part formed on the top face of the top board part so as to surround the opening of the welded part, and the cap fixed on the spout part.
