PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric heating cooker with improved cooking performance by improving heating efficiency. SOLUTION: The electric heating cooker is provided with an inner casing 50 forming a heating chamber 51 having an opening 56 in a front face, a door 52 opening and closing the opening 56, upper and lower heaters 53, 54 vertically arranged in the casing 50, a grill 55 arranged between the upper and lower heaters 53, 54, and a reflector 58 with one end turnably supported by the door 52 and another end slidably supported by the inner casing 50, positioned in a front part lower part of the grill 55 when the door 52 is closed. When the door 52 is closed to carry out normal cooking, the reflector 58 approaches the lower heater 54, heat reflection efficiency is improved, a front part of a cooking material (not shown) is efficiently heated, and the cooking performance is improved. By protruding the reflector 58 forward following opening action of the door 52, when the door 52 is opened, cleaning of the reflector 58 is facilitated and a user-friendly heating cooker can be provided.
