Method for transmitting response information in mobile communications system

A method for a user equipment to perform a random access in a mobile communication system is proposed. The method comprises transmitting a specific random access preamble, receiving a MAC PDU comprising one or more random access responses and a MAC header consisting of one or more header parts. All of the header parts is in a first part of the MAC PDU and all of the random access responses is in a second part of the MAC PDU subsequent to the first part.
