A gasket sheet for shielding electromagnetic waves is provided to improve the gasket property with both absorbing properties of impact and vibration by assigning conductivity to a polymer resilient material. A gasket sheet for shielding electromagnetic waves includes polymer resilient layers(10,10'), a plurality of punched holes or cut portions(30), a conductive material layer, a conductive non-woven fabric, fabric, or metal film layer. The polymer resilient body layers are formed on both surfaces of a structure reinforcing material(20). The punched holes pass through the structure reinforcing material and a stack sheet of the polymer resilient body layer. The conductive material layer is coated on an outer surface of the polymer resilient body layer. The metal film layer is located between at least one layer of the two polymer resilient layers and the conductive material layer. |
