<p>The flexible plastic boot for protecting hoof of horse, comprises a boot sole detachably fastened to an outsole (3), a trough-like upper component, which clasps the hoof wall and the hoof sole, and an elastic boot strap (6) for fixing the boot to the hard hoof wall. The boot sole is formed as a part of the boot upper component having lateral limiting walls (1), which are uninterruptedly adjusted at the boot upper shoe by the strap with ratchet (7) and which are recessed at the back side of the boot upper shoe. The flexible plastic boot for protecting hoof of horse, comprises a boot sole detachably fastened to an outsole (3), a trough-like upper component, which clasps the hoof wall and the hoof sole, and an elastic boot strap (6) for fixing the boot to the hard hoof wall. The boot sole is formed as a part of the boot upper component having lateral limiting walls (1), which are uninterruptedly adjusted at the boot upper shoe by the strap with ratchet (7) and which are recessed at the back side of the boot upper shoe or at the backside, only a small transverse bar is built within the sole region. The ratchet is provided at the strap with an unlocking element, which causes a release of the stress of the strap and opens the upper shoe along the girth. The sole and the outsole are designed as an integrated sole and extend themselves over the entire surface of the hoof, which is completely supported. The outsole is connected with the sole and/or the upper shoe by catch locks that are distributed along the girth of the boot. The catch lock is composed of a hook (4), which is fastened to the outsole and which snaps inwardly into sockets arranged in the sole and/or the limiting walls having two vertical cuts, which extend to the sole recessed to the dimensions of the hooks. The limiting walls cause a division of the walls into a front part and two side parts with a large freedom of mobility between one another and firmly fix all the parts of the upper shoe to the hoof wall in the case of an appropriate fastening moment of the strap. The outsole is secured to the sole by self-cutting plastic screws and is profiled and optionally designed in the form of a broad edge of the sole with a relatively small, window-like recess at the center or extends itself continuously over treading surface of the hoof. Recognition of the required replacement of the outsole by a user is facilitated by the fact that the screws between the outsole and the sole do not lock the outsole, when a threshold wear-off value is reached. The strap with adjustable diameter traverses through the limiting walls within the upper region along the girth by the ratchet and locks into the assigned recesses and/or flaps. High-grade steel clamps are fastened by the screws to the inside of the limiting walls, which are widely opened for fastening to the hoof. The insole of the hoof boot is provided with small knobs. An integrated transmitter and/or a memory chip can be borne with aids. Threads and/or thread sleeves are optionally inserted at marked places into the outsole for the admission of lugs, spikes and/or blank screws.</p> |
