<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving flavor of white sauce-containing food, especially for preventing aging of starch and syneresis in the food caused by freezing degeneration without spoiling white sauce flavor in the case that the white sauce-containing food is a frozen food. <P>SOLUTION: This method for improving flavor of the white sauce-containing food comprises including 0.0001-0.01 pt.wt. of sucralose in 100 pts.wt. of the white sauce-containing food and 0.01-5 pts.wt. of gelatin and/or thickening polysaccharides in 100 pts.wt. of the white sauce-containing food. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
