METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DISPLAY HAVING SAW TOUCH SENSOR

First electrodes constituting part of a light emitting devices are formed in a stripe pattern on a first major surface of a transparent substrate. After forming the first electrodes, a piezoelectric device as an SAW touch sensor is formed on a second major surface of the transparent substrate. After forming the piezoelectric device, another group of light emitting devices are formed on the patterned first electrodes. Since the first electrodes are previously formed in a stripe pattern, the piezoelectric device can be prevented from being damaged by an etchant used in forming the first electrodes. Since the step for forming a group of light emitting devices is performed after forming the piezoelectric device, the group of light emitting devices can be prevented from being damaged by the heat generated in forming the piezoelectric device.
