<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive elastic roller which can be produced in a short time without requiring a large amount of heat energy, and which requires no huge plant cost and includes an elastic layer having small dependence of volume resistivity on the environment. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive elastic roller 1 comprises a shaft member 2 and one or more elastic layers 3 disposed on the radial outside of the shaft member 2, wherein at least one layer of the elastic layers 3 is made of an ultraviolet curing resin obtained by curing raw material for an elastic layer containing a urethane acrylate oligomer (A), a photopolymerization initiator (B) and a lithium salt (C) by ultraviolet irradiation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
