<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce running costs, to simplify a system, to facilitate operation and to improve convenience. <P>SOLUTION: While paying attention to a serial communication function that a mobile phone 70 includes, moving images shot by a plurality of video cameras 10-1 to 10-n, respectively are distributed using one encoder 30 in accordance with one moving image distribution contract with a telephone company. For example, a video selector 20 is provided on a pre-stage of the transmitting-side encoder 30, and a camera video image is selected while switching, under remote control, the transmitting-side video selector 20 in response to a key operation of a receiving-side mobile phone 70 using the serial communication from the mobile phone 70. Therefore, system configuration is simplified and a camera number can be easily selected through a key operation of the mobile phone 70 without switching a transmitting-side IP address. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
