<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonreciprocal circuit element wherein a damage of a circuit board cause by a bent or the like of a mount board can be prevented and high reliability and a low height can be realized, and to provide communication equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The nonreciprocal circuit element comprises: a permanent magnet 41; a ferrite 32 provided with a center electrode; the circuit board 20 on which the permanent magnet 41 and the ferrite 32 are mounted; and an annular yoke 10. Respective principal sides of the permanent magnet 41 and the ferrite 32 are arranged vertically to a front side of the circuit board 20 in a state in which the respective principal sides of the permanent magnet 41 and the ferrite 32 are opposite to each other. The yoke 10 is formed annularly to surround the surroundings of the permanent magnet 41 and the ferrite 32, and a joint 10a for annular connection is located corresponding to a side whereon three or more external connection terminal electrodes 26, 27, 28 of the circuit board 20 are not formed side by side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
