PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce EMI noise easily and inexpensively without changing the frequency for carrying out PWM control of a switch element. SOLUTION: Since it can be determined which of rising and falling of a carrier signal for carrying out PWM control of a switch element is fixed by bringing a signal input terminal IN to H or L level, selecting any one of switch elements 41, 43 or 45, 47 through an AND circuit 50 or 51 and charging/discharging a capacitor 31, magnetic components are miniaturized as compared with prior art where the carrier frequency is changed randomly or continuously, and thereby a nozzle filter is miniaturized resulting in total miniaturization and cost reduction.
