PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the decolorability of a dye and the water resistance of a processed image. SOLUTION: A heat developable photosensitive material having at least one photosensitive layer on a support is provided, wherein the heat developable photosensitive material has a non-photosensitive layer containing a compound represented by formula (I), wherein R<SP>01</SP>and R<SP>02</SP>each independently represent an aliphatic group, an aromatic group or a heterocyclic group.
