PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide blood flow improving material containing plant carbon fibers. SOLUTION: The blood flow improving material contains plant carbon fibers, wherein the blood flow improvement is owing to at least one selected from the group comprising increase in deformation ability of red corpuscle, reduction in platelet adhesiveness and alleviation in viscous power of white blood corpuscle.
