<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film which improves faulty images, such as occurrence of an after-image, deterioration in resolution and the like, and improves the problem of dark current and the like, and to provide an X-ray plane detector, an infrared ray plane detector and a display device using this. <P>SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive film 504 includes an insulative material 201, and conductive particles 202 dispersed in the insulative material 201. The conductive particles 202 are provided to form a plurality of conductive particle lines 202a in the thickness direction of the film forming the anisotropic conductive film 504, the conductive particles 202 in each of the conductive particle lines 202a are arranged to be electrically connected to each other, and the conductive particles 202 are spaced apart from each other in the film surface direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of the film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
