PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposal device, a disposal system and a disposal method which can be suitably applied for the purpose of preventing the erroneous disposal of a recording medium such as a classified document, and for managing a recording medium such as a document.

SOLUTION: This disposal device equipped with a disposal processing means for performing the disposal of a recording medium is provided with an authentication information acquiring means for acquiring authentication information for authenticating the user of a disposal device and a disposal processing control means for preventing the disposal processing of the recording medium by the disposal processing means, or for permitting the disposal processing of the recording medium based on the authentication information acquired by the authentication information acquiring means.
