PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow computers in each of which a different OS is executed by a plurality of processors to accurately receive data without influencing other processors and OS processing. SOLUTION: A receiver 201 receives data, such as IP packets to be received, and an address analyzer 202 checks destination IP addresses of the received IP packets and searches a table stored in a table manager 204. The table manager 204 stores the table in which an IP address assigned to an OS that operates in each processor of PU 142-1 to SPU 142-3 is linked to an SNR, and an interruption generator 203 notifies receiving of IP packets to a specified SNR to generate interruption.
