PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labarum device which is suitably installed in an event hall, an amusement place, a store, etc., for advertisement, indication, decoration, etc., the labarum device giving large decorative effect and attracting people's attention. SOLUTION: The labarum device comprises a panel in a shape of a person having leg potions and hands or an animal, a base supporting the panel in a raised state, and a labarum main body. The labarum main body is supported to stand along the panel by fitting a lower end portion of a pole of the labarum main body to the base and also fitting upper and lower intermediate portions of the pole to pole support fittings provided to a portion of a hand of the panel.
