MOBILE MONITORING SYSTEM FOR WORKING STATUS OF A ROTATING MACHINE

A mobile monitoring system for monitoring the operation state of a rotating machine is provided to control the operation of the rotating machine according to an operation signal input by a manager from the remote place, by monitoring the operation state of the rotating machine according to signals detected from various measuring devices, in real time and then transmitting the result and abnormal state through a mobile communication terminal. In a mobile monitoring system for monitoring the operation state of a rotating machine, rotating machine equipment(1) measures the state of the rotating machine through various sensors installed at the rotating machine and generates the corresponding measurement data. A central management server(2) receives and stores the measurement data transmitted from the rotating machine equipment through the wire/wireless communication networks and provides the stored measurement data and various histories of the rotating machine equipment to a manager through the wire/wireless communication networks and the internet. The central management server comprises a web server(6) providing various information about the rotating machine equipment to a user connected through the internet, on the web to transmit a warning message to a mobile communication terminal(3) if the analysis result of the measurement data and the abnormal state of the rotating machine equipment are generated and a WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) server(5) transmitting various information about the rotating machine equipment to the mobile communication terminal of the manager through the mobile communication network. The central management server generates and transmits a warning message informing the abnormal state of the rotating machine equipment, to the mobile communication terminal if the measurement data is not transmitted from the rotating machine equipment for the pre-set time.
