PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating an ammonia-containing flue gas which enables the efficient and economic removal of ammonia from an ammonia-containing flue gas discharged out of waste incinerators, various production facilities, or the like.
SOLUTION: A high-temperature flue gas discharged out of a waste incinerator 1 is humidified and cooled to 100°C or lower. Next, ammonia is removed from the flue gas by bringing the flue gas into contact with a heated MAP slurry in an ammonia treatment tower 4. Further, a flue gas at 70°C or lower discharged out of various production facilities 11, or the like is supplied to an ammonia treatment tower 14 filled with heated MAP particles at SV=100 to 500/hr to remove ammonia from the flue gas. The heated MAP is MAP (ammonium magnesium phosphate hexahydrate) heated in a range from 80 to 200°C for 8 to 24 hr.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
|
