PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anode tube capable of stabilizing light emission of an illumination lamp. SOLUTION: An anode 18 having phosphor is formed on an inner face of the anode tube 12 in plane-shape, and the anode tube 12 has a distribution space in the tube, in which a cathode wire 16, emitting electric field by the impression of electric field between the anode and itself, is arranged in wire-shape. An anode drawing-out terminal 24, drawing out the anode 18 outward from a position not generating discharge between the cathode wire 16 arranged in the tube and itself when the electric field in impressed, is arranged.
