PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall structure wherein a slit member of a slit structure part is positively fixed into a predetermined position, and a fixing device for the slit structure in the wall structure. SOLUTION: In vertically providing the slit structure S having the slit member 14 between a column 11 of a concrete construction and a wall 12 such as a spandrel wall, the lower end of the slit structure part S is supported by the fixing device K. The fixing device comprises a mounting piece 1 mounted to an already formed beam face 18a, and facing support pieces 2 rising from the mounting piece 1 to hold at least the lower end 14a of the slit member 14. The mounting piece 1 is fixed to the beam face 18a, and the slit member 14 is held by the support pieces 2 to prevent the dislocation and damage of the slit member 14 when placing concrete.
