DEFECT DETECTOR FOR LAMINATE FILM, AND METHOD OF DETECTING DEFECT OF LAMINATE FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a defective portion (film crack and resin crack) in a resin layer of a laminate film. SOLUTION: A defect detector is provided with an irradiation device 24 for irradiating the laminate film 1 with light, and a camera 23 for imaging the laminate film 1. The camera 23 images reflected light of light emitted from the irradiation device 24 to the laminate film 1. The camera 23 images a portion lower from a top of a circumferential face of a guide roller 17 in the laminate film 1. A guide roller with a mat black surface is used as the guide roller 17.
