PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rigid flexible duct and a spiral duct for air conditioning having high rigidity like iron while keeping a rust-proofing property of aluminum. SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy having a rust-proofing property and improved in tensile strength, compressive strength, and fatigue resistance by more than two times is prepared by adding silicon of 0.2-0.3 wt.%, iron of 0.4-0.7 wt.%, copper of 0.15-0.25 wt.%, manganese of 1.0-1.5 wt.%, zinc of 0.02-0.25 wt.% and magnesium of about 1 wt.% which is not included in a conventional one, to aluminum, and the cylindrical flexible duct and the spiral duct are formed by winding and fastening a strip-shaped raw plate of an aluminum alloy, thus the rigid flexible duct and spiral duct for air conditioning are provided.
