<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument history trace system excellent in security and cost performance by tracing from production initial stage to product disposal/disassembling. <P>SOLUTION: In a factory 21 of a medical instrument, a factory IC tag 5 is attached to each product 1 being assembled, an inspection record for assembly and an inspection record for product are recorded in the factory IC tag 5. Prior to packaging the product 1, all the record contents in the factory IC tag 5 are transferred to a management device 8, the IC tag 5 is removed from the product 1, and a production tag 6 is attached to the product 1. A shipping record and a part of the record contents transferred from the IC tag 5 to the management device 8 are recorded in the product tag 6, and the removed IC tag 5 is reused in another product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
