PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophone with a high measuring sensitivity to solve problem of a difficult operation given by a conventional method that a copolymer is cut out, and an end portion and a center point of a signal electrode having a small diameter are positioned and adhered. SOLUTION: A copolymer film [P(VDF-TrFE)] of un-poled vinylidene fluoride and ethylene trifluoride forming an electrode by vapor-deposing gold (Au) on a surface is drawn so as that a tip of the signal electrode of a measuring element of a needle type hydrophone is wrapped, and only a configuration size area part of a range for the signal electrode tip to measure is poled.
