PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and quickly retrieve common items of retrieved data and surely acquire them without being restricted by time. SOLUTION: The customer code of each customer data is added with a link attribute value such as a 25-digit binary link attribute value corresponding to its attributes, and stored into a database. The customer data is composed of, for example, attributes, each of which has five items, and each attribute consists of five-digit (five-bit) numerical data. In the numerical data, a different digit has a bit "1" corresponding to types of attributes. The numerical data of the five items are combined to become a link attribute value shown in the figure. In five customer data retrieved according to specified retrieval conditions, for example, the link attribute values are subjected to logical conjunction for every digit, and then an item to which five-digit numerical data included with "1" bit corresponds becomes the common item that is the same attribute in all retrieved data.
