PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present pieces of related information among a large amount of browsable information on a network as a group to a user in a proper display area. SOLUTION: Information that the user uses is managed in units of groups and information showing relation between a display area on a screen and a group which can be displayed is held in a content information storage means 120 together with information showing relation between the user and a usable group.
