PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device of radioactive waste liquid and its treatment method, which treat safely and inexpensively a medium-level radioactive waste liquid including an organic compound. SOLUTION: The treatment device of the radioactive waste liquid is equipped with: an extraction means for bringing the radioactive waste liquid including the organic compound and a solvent extraction agent for extracting a radioactive nuclide from the radioactive waste liquid into contact with supercritical carbon dioxide, and thereby dissolving and extracting the organic compound including the radioactive nuclide into the supercritical carbon dioxide; a separation means for separating the organic compound including the radioactive nuclide from inside the supercritical carbon dioxide by depressurizing or depressurizing after temperature rise the supercritical carbon dioxide into which the organic compound including the radioactive nuclide is extracted by the extraction means, bringing the separated organic compound including the radioactive nuclide into contact with mineral acid aqueous solution, and performing reverse extraction of the radioactive nuclide into the mineral acid aqueous solution, to thereby separate it; and a solidification means for mixing the radioactive waste liquid from which the organic compound and the radioactive nuclide are removed by the extraction means, with a hydraulic inorganic solidifying agent, to thereby solidify them.
