PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization of the entire of a filter by achieving reduction in thickness and size of a ring resonator. SOLUTION: In a ring resonator filter, first-fourth ring resonators are provided on a multilayer substrate 10. The ring resonators are respectively provided with pairs of conductor lines (11, 12), (13, 14), (15, 16) and (17, 18), conductor lines of one side 11, 14, 15, 18 are formed on an uppermost layer 10a of the multilayer substrate 10, and the conductor lines of the other side 12, 13, 16, 17 are formed on an inner layer 10b. Some of the conductor lines of one side 11, 14, 15, 18 are arranged so as to be superimposed on some of the conductor lines of the other side 12, 13, 16, 17, and the conductor lines of both the sides are conduction-connected via conduction paths 31a, 32a, 33a, 34a.
