METHOD OF MANUFACTURING BLACK MATRIX FOR COLOR FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing black matrix for color filter capable of improving brightness uniformity of light.

SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a black matrix for color filter comprises: a process of forming a light-shielding layer 110 made of a hydrophobic organic material on the surface of a transparent substrate 100; a process of forming a black matrix 111 by patterning the light-shielding layer 110; a process of forming a blocking layer 120 on the top surface 130 of the black matrix 111; and a process of heating the black matrix 111 formed with the blocking layer 120 on the top surface 130 and irradiating the upper part of the black matrix 111 with ultraviolet rays.
