PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental panoramic X-ray equipment, surely positioning the head of a subject by holding a subject at four points, the jaw, the side head parts, and the frontal part in fixing the head of the subject in the dental panoramic X-ray equipment. SOLUTION: In this dental panoramic X-ray equipment, a bed part supporting a positioning means for fixing the head of a subject in taking radiograph is provided with side head pressers and a frontal part presser, a connecting means is provided above the side head pressers supporting from the bed part to open and close, and a frontal part presser moved forward and backward is provided at the central point of the connecting means, whereby the positioning means can be adjusted according to the head of the subject.
